These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VibeTesting Service provided by Infinitest (“Infinitest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Service includes the website and the web application made available through vibetesting.me and app.vibetesting.me.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Definitions
- “Customer”, “you”, “your”: the person or entity using the Service.
- “Authorized Users”: individuals you permit to use the Service under your account.
- “Credits”: prepaid usage units that enable consumption of Service features.
- “Customer Content”: data submitted to the Service, including test artifacts, screenshots, logs, and results.
- “Order”: the checkout flow or purchase confirmation describing Credits purchased and pricing.

3) Eligibility and account security
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4) The Service (SaaS)
We provide a software-as-a-service platform for web application testing and related features. The Service may evolve over time, and we may modify, add, or remove features. Currently, the Service is in beta and may change, be modified, or be discontinued.
5) Credits, purchases, and payments (Credit packs only)
5.1 Credits are usage units
Credits are prepaid usage units. Credits are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable, and can be used only within the Service and only by the account that purchased or received them.
5.2 Credit expiration
Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase (or issuance, if provided via coupon/promotion), unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Expired Credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated, except where required by applicable law.
5.3 Zero-credit accounts
You may maintain an account with a zero Credit balance. A zero balance does not, by itself, result in account termination.
5.4 Pricing, taxes, and invoices
Prices are shown at checkout or in an Order. Taxes (including VAT) may apply depending on your location and status. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
5.5 Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
6) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
6.1 Refund policy
Except where required by applicable law, purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges for unused or partially used Credits.
6.2 Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access while the dispute is investigated. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, you agree to reimburse any chargeback fees imposed on us by payment processors or banks, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7) Coupons and promotions
Coupons may be subject to limits, expiration, and eligibility requirements. We may revoke coupons used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
8) Acceptable use and restrictions
- Do not violate law or regulation.
- Do not test or access systems without authorization.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not interfere with the Service or other users.
- Do not reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the Service to process sensitive personal data unlawfully.
9) Customer Content and permissions
9.1 Your ownership: You retain ownership of Customer Content.
9.2 License to operate the Service: You grant Infinitest a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and operate the Service, maintain security, provide support, and improve reliability/performance.
9.3 Your responsibilities: You represent that you have rights to provide Customer Content and to test any target application you configure, and that your use complies with law and third-party terms.
10) Support and communications
We may provide support via support@vibetesting.me and may send transactional emails related to your account and Service operation.
11) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (at /legal/privacy.html) explains how we handle Personal Data and is incorporated by reference.
12) Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for security, fraud, abuse, legal compliance, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may delete/anonymize data consistent with our Privacy Policy and retention obligations.
13) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for validating results.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Credits during that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Infinitest harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, misuse of the Service, or violations of law/rights.
16) Governing law and jurisdiction (Israel)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified via the Service or email.
18) Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Order, form the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
